Yesterday was Valentine’s Day, but it’s still Valentine’s Weekend, therefore, on “Great Soul Performances” this evening all songs will have a variation “Love” in the title. Singing love songs will be: Gladys Knight & the Pips, Barbara Acklin, Luther Vandross, Charles Wright & the Watts 103rd Street Rhythm Band, Frankie Valli; with both editions of his of his group, the Four Lovers & the Four Seasons, Little Milton, Patti LaBelle, Joe Tex, Aretha Franklin, Eugene Pitt, the Shirelles, Jackie Wilson, Larry Chance & the Earls, the Pentagons, Larry Graham & Graham Central Station (live in concert) and others.
